Day One:  Murchison falls safari

Early departure from Kampala for Murchison falls with scenic views of Africa’s traditional homesteads all littered with vegetation. The road to Murchison falls takes you through Luwero and historical places like Masindi town hosting one of Uganda’s oldest Hotels. Welcome to Uganda the pearl of Africa also gifted by nature.

See lots of wildlife in Murchison Falls on a boat rideThe first stop will be at top of the falls before checking in at your lodge for lunch. At the falls you will see water flowing down the Nile River via a 7 meter gorge. So amazing as you see the power of nature in existence.

If you are staying at Red Chilli Camp or Luxury Paraa safari  lodge, you will cross the River Nile by ferry to the Paraa side of the park where you will have lunch before you carry out the first game drive.

After lunch you carry out a game drive in the afternoon. The game drive will slowly and surely take you in the savannah to spot residents of this park. After the game drive you will be transferred to your accommodation for dinner and overnight at

 Day Two: Adventure safari at Murchison falls

This day breakfast will be served early at your lodge and another game safari . Your safari guide will be in position to take you to tracks where animals are and here you will be able to see lots of wildlife in the wilderness and  you will be taking pictures as well. Expect to see elephants, giraffe, lions and many more. Back to your lodging relax then lunch.  You will carry out a boat cruise in the afternoon. The boat ride at Murchison falls  starts from Paraa and head upstream,  this stands for  an astonishing display of Culminates and  Uganda  wildlife offering you  memorable front  view of the magnificent  Falls. Return to your lodging, evening at leisure dinner and overnight at

Day 3: Travel to Kibale Jungle Rainforest

Breakfast and off for our Chimpanzee safari to Kibale Forest driving through Ugandan’s beauty covered with plantations, homesteads and fruit  Visit Kibale Forest and see the chimpanzeesmarkets on the road side, and much more to see before your reach Kibale. You have your packed lunch this day, reaching fort portal in the evening.  Dinner and overnight at

If you have the evening free you may opt to take night guided walk in Kibale forest with spotlights. So unique spotting some of the nocturnal animals of the forest like the Potta ,  Bush Baby  as well as nocturnal birds. Even when you missed out seeing these animals the walk itself is rewarding.

Day 4: Chimpanzee tracking day

A hardly breakfast at your lodge and it is time to go for Chimpanzee tracking in the Jungle forest of Kibale. The most popular activity here is primate walk at Kanyanchu  . Your ranger guide will lead you into the forest after the orientation on what to expect and not to expect as you search for the chimps.  13 primate species are sought in Kibale , and a good number of  diurnal monkeys invariably encountered here , but the chimpanzees are stars of the forest and tracked in two sessions (morning and afternoon chimpanzee tracking) . You will have a great morning with the chimps. Enjoy your day!

Return to our lodging for lunch then travel to Queen Elizabeth National Park for another Adventure trip in the heart of Africa. We reach our lodging check in rest then dinner and sleep.

 Day 5: Wildlife trip to Uganda

Morning game drive in search for the early morning  risers.  After the morning  game drive you will have breakfast  then a visit to the crater lakes  with their fascinating  view.  Return to your accommodation for lunch.  A launch trip along Kazinga channel. There is much to see while on the boat ride since the channel is a home for many of the attractive species that stay in Queen Elizabeth park, and taking a boat cruise is Lots of wildlife to see in Queen Elizabeth National Parkanother adventure on its own where you will be cruising a small distance from hundreds of enormous buffaloes and hippos, see elephants scattered on the lake shores. You are in the heart of Africa’s wild life.

For birdwatchers expect to see lots of birds since the channel hosts about 60 bird species and are sighted during this boat cruise.  The trip will only last for 2 hours and its runs on a daily basis 3 times. After this adventure you will transfer to your lodge for dinner and rest.

Day 6: Kyambura Gorge – Chimpanzee tracking

Have a great breakfast at your lodge this morning.  You are off for morning Primate tracking at Kyambura Gorge – Queen Elizabeth National park. The walk is not difficult, you will smoothly walk to the Gorge with your Ranger Guide and he will be able to direct you to the spot where the chimpanzees are.  They move nightly so it takes the skills of an experienced ranger to guide you to the chimpanzees.

The chimpanzee tracking adventure here is more than tracking the chimpanzees in their natural habitat. You will be in position to learn about Kyambura Gorge’s ecosystems, where you will be tracking the chimps from the underground forest with various types of vegetation.  Learn about characters of birds, Monkeys and the chimps. Have lovely moment with man’s closest cousins the chimps. Lunch and another game drive in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight at

Day 7 – Travel to Bwindi for mountain gorilla safari

A lovely breakfast and it’s time to leave Queen Elizabeth for another adventure to Bwindi.   The safari to the gorillas will slowly take you through the Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth where you will see the tree climbing lions on the way.  For birdwatchers, you will look out for bird species See the gorillas you have been longing forlike Raptors, Kingfishers, Woodpeckers, Bee-eaters, Apalises, Honey guides, Barbets, Tinker birds,  Greenbuls, Swallows, Larks, Cisticolas,  Chats, Widow birds, Pipits, Shrikes, Starlings and others as well as butterflies.  You will reach in time for your lunch at your accommodation in Bwindi. A forest walk in the  afternoon is rewarding

Day 8 – Mountain gorilla trip at Bwindi

A well-deserved cup of tea this morning and set off  to the park headquarters  for  gorilla safari briefing, before you hike into the  thick impenetrable forest  looking for the gorillas. The search for gorillas may take a couple of hours or even a whole day,  it all  depends on   the movement and location of these primates since they are mobile and no one controls their movements.  As you walk into the jungles,  make sure that your eyes open to spot out other forest species like elephants, black fronted duikers buffaloes, bush bucks and baboons. Lunch in the jungle forest with the gorillas but you will not be allowed to feed then for conservation purposes and the gorillas are vegetarians. You will only spend one hour with the gorillas and return to your accommodation, relax after the amazing gorilla trek.  Enjoy a view of the forested hillside if you are staying at one of the lodges view. Diner and overnight with memories of the gorilla trek.

DAY 9:  Gorilla trekking ends with the journey to Lake Mburo.

A leisurely breakfast and we leave the jungle forest of Bwindi driving to Lake Mburo. The best place to relax after the gorilla trip on the way to Zebras are commonly found in Lake Mburo National ParkKampala. The journey to Lake Mburo is full of wonders driving through Kabale hills known as the Switzerland of Africa – Uganda.  Early arrival at Lake Muro Check in at our lodge, lunch. A boat ride on Lake Mburo in the afternoon and a game drive in the evening.

 Day 10: This day marks the end of our safari week in Uganda;   

A lovely breakfast at our accommodation in Lake Mburo and carry out a morning game drive through the six lake game tracks, spotting lots of wildlife and the  birds in their nature environment  covered with  dotted  savannah acacia trees.  You will proceed with your safari back to Kampala. Lunch in Masaka town and a visit to the great equator, for gift shopping and picture taking, the journey continues reaching Kampala in the late afternoon and transfer to the Airport to meet your outbound flight back home if you are flying out on this day.  End of Uganda 10 day safari.
