8 Days tour to Bwindi (Gorilla tours), Queen Elizabeth National and Kibale (Chimpanzee Park).
Day 1: Arrival.
At the airport you will meet our guide to drive to your proposed hotel in Kampala. If you arrive early, you may go for a city tour to places like the Uganda Museum, Kasubi Royal tombs, Bahai temple, Nakawuka cultural centre and the Katereka prison for more history about Buganda Kingdom. The city tour is provided on request at a fee that is not included in the quote. Dinner and overnight at Tourists Hotel/ Holiday express, Cassia Lodge, Hotel Africana, Sheraton hotel.
Day 2: Leave Kampala for Kibale Uganda safari .
In the morning you will have breakfast at your lodge to leave Kampala for Fort portal. The drive will take you about six hours to reach for portal in the afternoon to check in you loge have lunch and then go for a walk in the Ndali crater lakes region. After spending some time there you will return to the lodge for dinner and overnight at Lake Kitandara Luxury Tented Camp/ Ndali Lodge/ Mountains of the moon/ Primates lodge.
Day 3; Chimpanzee tracking / Nature walk in Bigodi wetland.
In the morning you will have breakfast to leave your lodge to transfer to Kibale national park head quarters in Kanyankyu, for briefing before you head through the trails of the forest in search for primates. The will through the forest is guided providing information on anything including small organisms you would wish to know about. The park is known to Harbour the largest number of primate species in Uganda. Therefore expect primates like, the colobus monkeys, bush babies, red tailed monkeys, baboons and grey checked Mangabeys to mention. After tracking the chimps, you will have lunch and then in the afternoon you will go for a walk in Bigodi wetland. Day 4: Leave Kibale National Park for Queen Elizabeth.
This morning have breakfast before 8 am to transfer to Queen Elizabeth National park. The scenic drive to Queen will take you about 4 hours to reach the park in the afternoon. You will check in your lodge, to have lunch and relax by the poolside as you wait for the afternoon boat ride on the Kazinga channel. This channel connects lakes Edward and George and it’s known to be a birders paradise with plenty of birds to include residents and migrants. On the launch you will be able to view animals like the swamps of hippos, buffaloes, and elephants at the shores taking water. Day 5: Game Drive / Chimpanzee tracking in Kyambura gorge.
Very early in the morning before sunrise, wakeup for a game drive in the park. This morning you will have a clear and closer view of most of the animals especially the predators. Queen Elizabeth National park is a home to a large group of mammal, antelopes, birds and primates. While on the drive through the park you will be able to see animals like Leopards, Jackals, Lions, elephants, the Uganda kob, warthogs .etc.. After the game drive you will return to the lodge for late breakfast and then later in the afternoon you will transfer to the Kyambura region to go track Chimps. Overnight Mweya Safari Lodge / Katara Lodge / Mweya institute of ecology.
Day 6: Game drive in Ishasha sector / Leave Queen for Bwindi.
In the morning you will drive through the Ishasha sector for more game. Tree climbing lions inhabit this region, therefore watch out for them. After the gamed rive you will transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable forest. The forest is known to be a home to a large group of mammals, but its popular for its giant primates the Gorillas. Its known to habour half of the few remaining Gorillas in the world. You will reach the park in the evening. Overnight at Lake Kitandara tented camp, Buhoma homestead, Gorillas resort/ Buhoma community bandas.
Day 7: Gorilla tracking. gorilla safari
In the morning after breakfast you will transfer to the park headquarters for briefing before you walk along different forest trails searching for Gorillas. Time taken to trekk in order to meet these gentle giants is unpredictable. It is known to range between 2- 9 hrs. When you meet the gorillas you will spend 1 hour. Spending this hour with these humble animals makes u wonder and ask yourself why did the people kill them? They are gentle, humble, caring and lively, just as good as Man. After tracking you will return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 8: Leave Bwindi for Kampala.
This morning you will have breakfast and then drive back to Kampala. You will stop in Mbarara for lunch and at the equator for photographs to reach Kampala in the evening.
