Insight Safari Holiday Reviews
I have recently returned to the USA after a teaching exchange in
Uganda. My colleague and I booked a tailor made trip with one of your
guides to Murchison Falls National Park and we were delighted by the
whole experience. It seems hard to believe that on Easter Sunday we
were watching lions play-fighting from the 4X4! We have so many
memories of this incredible trip, thanks to Abdul, our driver and
guide’s expertise – getting us to the right place at the right time to
see Ugandan wildlife in action.
I hope I have been of some help – a little bit,
I will be very happy if you have any clients booking a uganda safari with Insight safari holidays and welling to take some clothes and toys for the Orphanage….and I will also give some photos with all of us so the Children will remember which “Mzugo” it is coming from……
Fingers crossed we can do this….
Many Many thanks again Rachel, you will be a Super Star! J – if it works! J
But you are still a Star! J
And wishing you a very good Easter too….

Thanks for your e-mail, we had a wonderful visit and Sam’s organisational skills were excellent. We had lots of fun and everything met our expectations. We saw the mountain gorillas, tree climbing lions and a were lucky enough to see a chimpanzee from the troupe at the gorge besides the large game and bird life. Great scenery and very pleasant people.
We know from our life in South Africa that you are not always lucky to see all the animals on one safari so once we had seen the gorillas (very close up, Sam will tell you the stories) we considered anything else to be a bonus.
Thanks to you and Sam for organising everything, it was very much appreciated.
All the very best,
Terry and Andrea

We only took a few steps to know the unknown, a safari destination and tour operator in Uganda we did not know before. From the first inquiry and all the information we got from the first stage to booking the 6 day Gorilla and Chimpanzee safari everything was perfect. Racheal was very prompt and fast in responding to our emails, our guide Abdu tried his best to ensure that we are happy and comfortable while on our holiday. All the lodges were clean and bright with a good staff. We are adventurous travellers and the WOW factor is hard to achieve.

Tothether with a friend I traveled for the first time to Uganda where we spent nine amazing days exploring the country from May 23-31, 2012. For us it was a trip of a lifetime! We could have never imagined how impressive the beauty of Uganda was and we were welcomed in such a friendly manner, everywhere.
We had booked a pre-organized safari of nine days with Insight Safari operator. Overall, everything was well arranged…well, except of a few problems but those problems were solve without too much delay.
You can read more about our exciting safari in the individual sections by clicking the link below…and enjoy the photos!

Fay and I are now home and we want to say how much we enjoyed our time in Rwanda. Every arrangement you made was excellent. We were very pleasantly surprised with the quality of our vehicle and our driver was so helpful. He had good English which we never expected in Rwanda since it is not the official Language. The gorillas very much lived up to expectations.
In all a delightful Rwandan experience. Thank you.

Our very good friends Jeff & Nitza Kramer recently booked and went on the tour described below. We (my wife and some friends) would like a similar tour whereby we will arrive at Entebbe and proceed from there to the Bwindi Forest in much the same way as is described below. We would like to spend at least one day in the mountains finding and seeing the gorillas. We would like to travel from Bwindi to the Queen Elizabeth Park and to stay there for a couple of days after which we would return to Entebbe to catch the fight to London. I reckon that we would spend 6 days in Uganda in about mid 2013. If this makes sense, please let us know when the best time will be for climbing to see the animals (I believe that July may be a good month because the rains have all but gone).
The tour to Murchison Falls was absolutely wonderful. No doubt that the sceneries of the magnificent falls are some of the top sites we have visited in the world. I personally like the flexibility of being able to adventure the sights in a free and relaxed atmosphere without being rushed by the guide.
Uganda is a beautiful country with welcoming people compared to countries we have traveled to. Our Murchison falls tour was well planned giving us the opportunity to take part in all the park activities within 3 days.
Godwin was a great guide and very resourceful. He was marvelous at figuring out solutions to problems.
Thanks again for arranging a fantastic safari.
I am interested in availability and a quote for your standard 3 day Safari Tour of Murchison Falls. Actually, I had a great experience with your company for the same Tour in the middle of last year, wonderfully served by Calah who I hope is still there. I did in fact have plans for a similar Safari in December last year (to Queen Elizabeth) but unfortunate and unforeseen circumstances led to a forced cancellation.
The dates for which we would like to travel are 16 Oct to 18 Oct 2013 staying at luxury accommodation at Murchison Falls. We are five persons being Two Adults and Three Children (12y, 04y & 03y).
